An accomplished Human Resources leader with over three decades of global experience, he has excelled in both traditional and modern corporate environments. His philosophy centers on building exceptional workplaces through trust and teamwork. Having worked across India, the United States, and Egypt, he possesses deep expertise in Recruitment, Organizational Design, Policy Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, and Career Development. Beyond HR, he has successfully led Business Operations, Public Relations, and engagements with Statutory Agencies in multiple countries.

As an ICF-certified Associate Coach with Lighthouse Partners, he mentors executives to unlock their full potential. He is passionate about aligning organizational resources with their mission, fostering collective ownership and operational excellence.

Currently, he selectively advises on HR processes and leads HR Design Thinking workshops. Through his boutique coaching firm "Dhiratva" (meaning Fortitude in Sanskrit), he aims to be a change agent, empowering executives to realize their full potential in all aspects of life.

Responsible for the Global Technical Organization (Which includes 4 Plants, 2 Technical centres and 6 CKD Operations, end to end), Program Management, EV, IR, Digitization, Employee Experience, Administration and C&B. Managed 3 green field projects and 3/4th of the entire organization resources end to end. Consisted of 4200 employees out of the 5000 direct employees in the organization inclusive of, 2000 Supervisors/ Engineers and 2200 Unionised Category. Total headcount managed on an average basis was 17000 across 4 plants, warehouses and technical centres put together.

Managed HR for the company with three factories, aligning two unions and liquidating Ductron in Hyderabad due to rising costs. Restructured and centralized HR and ER functions in Chennai with regular reviews.

Responsible for 4 verticals, Real estate, SEZ, Karaikal Port and EPC.Created a robust HR by integrating all the verticals of the group and bringing in standardized processes and also achieved complete business alignment and cross deployment of HR Processes

Responsible for 12 JV’s of Sanmar engineering and subsequently for TCI Sanmar as HR Director managed brown field projects for world scale PVC project worth US$1.7 billion.Created robust structure for the staff and executives and the operators of TCI sanmar and ensured seamless execution.
