Background

Arul Ananda Prabu T is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over thirty years of experience, honed in both traditional and modern corporate environments. His philosophy is rooted in the conviction that exceptional workplaces are built on a robust culture fostered by trust and teamwork.

Expertise

In my 33 years of professional experience, I have ventured across diverse domains and geographies, spanning India, the US, and Africa. Beginning my journey in petrochemicals with Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd, I transitioned to FMCG with Pepsico, embraced the Telecom boom with TATA Cellular, TATA Teleservices, and Bharthi Mobile, delved into IT at SSI Technologies, and circled back to Manufacturing with the Sanmar Group, overseeing projects both in India and abroad. The past decade has seen me at the helm of an Automotive company, steering three successful green field ventures in India and the UK with Royal Enfield. Grateful for the challenges and triumphs bestowed upon me, I now embark on a new chapter close to my heart - Coaching. With a background in sportsmanship and leadership, I've discovered my knack for empowering others to surpass their limits.
